What our Deployees say

Being deployed through the IOM DOE roster has been an incredibly enriching experience. I have had the unique opportunity to be deployed to Vanuatu, Mozambique, and currently to Geneva. Each deployment has provided me with invaluable experiences in different contexts, enhancing my professional skills and broadening my understanding of diverse environments.
One of the most rewarding aspects of these deployments has been the chance to meet and work alongside dedicated colleagues. The bonds we have formed and the experiences we have shared have been truly enriching, both professionally and personally. These connections have not only enhanced my work but have also created lasting friendships.
Overall, my journey with the IOM DOE roster has been a transformative experience, providing me with a deeper appreciation for the diverse contexts in which IOM operates and the incredible people who make it all possible.
